Dental treatment recommendations are based on clinical need, not on the promotion selected. If a promotional offer includes a basic cleaning, whitening, consultation, exam, X-rays, or another specific service, that service may only be provided if it is clinically appropriate for the patient.

4. Cleaning Offers, Basic Cleanings & Deep Cleanings

Some promotional offers may include an exam, X-rays, and a basic cleaning for patients who qualify for a routine cleaning. A basic cleaning is generally intended for patients with healthy gums and buildup mostly above the gumline.

If your exam shows signs of gum disease, deeper gum pockets, bleeding, inflammation, tartar below the gumline, bone loss, or other periodontal concerns, a basic cleaning may not be appropriate. In that situation, a deep cleaning, periodontal maintenance, or other treatment may be recommended instead.

Promotional basic cleaning offers do not include deep cleaning, scaling and root planing, periodontal therapy, or other treatment unless specifically stated in writing. Any recommended treatment, fees, and available options will be reviewed with you before treatment begins.

5. Insurance, Financing & Payment Information

Any insurance, financing, payment, or cost information provided on this website or in promotional materials is general in nature and may vary by patient, plan, eligibility, coverage, deductible, annual maximum, waiting period, exclusions, limitations, and clinical need.
