In a joint effort with our community to slow the spread of COVID-19, Texan Smile Sugar land is announcing temporary office closure effective March 23, 2020. We are suspending all in-person visits / services at our Sugar Land location until midnight April 21, 2020. We will be cancelling any scheduled appointments during the period of suspension and will automatically reschedule when we resume regular operations. This decision to suspend operations are in alignment with the new executive order released on March 22nd by Texas Governor Abbott requiring all Texas-licensed health care professionals to postpone all medical procedures, including dental procedures, that are not medically necessary until midnight April 21, 2020.
Amid ongoing concern regarding the coronavirus COVID-19, Texan Smile’s #1 priority is the well-being, safety and health of our community and patients. We understand the concern you may be experiencing around this uncertain situation and we are committed to being responsive and flexible to our patients’ needs. During this time we are available to answer your questions via email or phone. You can reach us at our office number 832.271.8280 / email@example.com and we will get back to you at the earliest.
We would like to share a few ways we can all try to stay healthy and prevent the spread.
* Wash your hands often and with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds each time.
* Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
* Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
* Call ahead before visiting your doctor/dentist
* When you are sick, stay home except to get medical care
* Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue
* Wear a face-mask if you are sick
* Monitor your symptoms and seek medical attention as required
Please be safe and stay healthy during this difficult time. For additional information on keeping yourself and your dear ones healthy, please refer the CDC recommendations here
We believe this tough situation will pass and we appreciate you for making the best out of this situation, and together we will stay healthy and smiling as a tight knit community!
