We accept all major PPO Insurance Plans at Texan Smile
Our staff will help you to understand your insurance benefits and help you understand and plan to maximize benefits and coverage as possible. Most insurances cover only a percentage of the cost for the dental procedures. Most Preventive care procedures such as Exams, Xrays, Cleaning etc are covered 100% by most Insurances Plan and other dental procedures are usually covered anywhere from 50%-80%. These coverage limits set by insurance companies and varies for different insurance companies.

With provided Insurances Plan information we contact the insurance company to get a breakdown of benefits for every dental procedures. There is no guarantee that insurance companies will honor these quotes for your procedure, but we do follow up with insurance companies multiple times to make this happen and to ensure you do not end up bearing the cost.

Out of Network Dental insurance
If you have a out of network PPO plan, as a courtesy to our patients, we do file your insurance claim and that would lower your out of pocket expenses. You and our team will then receive an explanation of benefits from your insurance company explaining if they have approved the claims and how much the insurance paid for the specific dental procedure.
Texan smile team has extensive knowledge of the various insurance plans and will assist you throughout the process.
How can Texan Smile team help ?
After your new patient exam with Dr.Xavier we will be able to provide a treatment plan estimate and details based on your insurance benefits we collected from the insurance company. Once the patient accepts the treatment plan, our office will file the claim to the insurance provider. All fees/ patient portion for the procedure are due at the time that services provided at our office.
If you do not have dental insurance, Texan Smile offers various options to cover the cost of the dental treatment. We offer Texan Smile EasyPay, an in-house flexible payment plan, to enable you to get the care you need today. Texan Smile Gold Package plan is available for basic preventive care including Exams, x-rays and basic cleaning.
